A white couple was caught on video harassing a Black family inside a Crumbl Cookies store in Florida.
On Tuesday (September 16), TikTok user AMIRR shared now-viral footage of the confrontation, captioning the video "POV You Vacation to a Red State."
The video started with a white man yelling in a younger Black man's face near the cookie counter.
“I dare you,” the older man shouted. “You got an issue with me? Come on!”
“Do something," the Black man responded as the two stood face-to-face.
A white woman escalated the situation as she physically pushed the younger man's hands away.
“Go, a**hole! Get the f*** out of my face,” she said, before telling the man who accompanied her, “He’s not worth it.”
The woman went on to slap the hands of a Black woman who was attempting to de-escalate the situation. The Black woman responded by hitting the white woman on the shoulder.
The video ended with the woman claiming she had been hit first, though the footage clearly contradicted her claim.
"They immediately turn into victims. SMH," one TikTok user commented.
"That young man did a great job keep himself calm. I’m sorry you experienced this. These people are out of control," another person said.
